These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the tjbeet platform (https://tjbeet.bet) and all its associated services. tjbeet is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

• Your real name, date of birth, and a valid phone number are required at registration.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for account verification (KYC).
• Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
• Any changes to account details must be made through the support team.

Tjbeet strictly ensures that only individuals aged 18 or above may register an account and place bets on the platform.

If a minor is found using tjbeet, their account will be closed immediately. Any deposited funds will be returned to the depositor, but no bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

Additionally, accessing tjbeet from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law is not permitted. Users are personally responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.

Tjbeet currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future and will be announced separately.

Minimum Deposit: ৳500 and Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account's VIP tier.

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Transactions may be held in cases involving money laundering or suspicious activity.

Tjbeet does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

Before placing a bet on tjbeet, you should read the rules for the relevant sport carefully. Each market has its own specific rules, which are listed on the betting page.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. — unless the Cash Out option is active and the match is still in progress.

• Odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, all related bets will be cancelled and the original stake returned.
• Tjbeet is not responsible for any bet that fails to be confirmed due to an internet disconnection during live betting.
• If any event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, the remaining events will be recalculated.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tjbeet reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake.

Tjbeet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be fulfilled.

Welcome Bonus: Get up to 100% bonus on your first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 10x must be met.

• This bonus applies once per account only.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• A time limit applies for meeting wagering requirements.
• Bets placed with a bonus on certain sports may not count toward wagering requirements.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tjbeet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.

All tjbeet users must use the platform honestly and fairly. Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure.

• Creating Multiple Accounts — to claim bonus benefits or exploit the system.
• Bots or Automation Software using it to place bets.
• Match Fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Money Laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Another Person's Account using or sharing account credentials.
• System Hacking or attempting to exploit any security vulnerability.
• To the Customer Service Team Abusive Behavior।

If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken where necessary.

Users may request account closure at any time. If there are pending bets at the time of the request, the remaining balance will be returned once those bets are settled.

Tjbeet may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• Evidence of underage use.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (24 months).
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

If your account is closed due to prolonged inactivity, your balance will be preserved. Contact support to reactivate it.

Tjbeet believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We actively encourage all our users to gamble responsibly.

• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.

Under all circumstances, tjbeet's maximum liability is limited to the amount of real funds deposited in the user's account.
